How fast do you actually respond?+

Most replies go out within 24 hours, weekdays. Sales and partnership inquiries are usually faster — under 4 working hours. Security or procurement reviews take longer because we read what you send.

What should I include to get a useful reply fast?+

Three things: what you sell (category + rough SKU count), which regulation forces the timeline (ESPR, Battery, Textile, or a national framework), and how far along the rollout is. That lets us send a real answer, not a calendar link.

Will you sign an NDA before the first call?+

Yes. Send your standard NDA when you book — we'll counter-sign before the call. Mutual NDAs are fine. We do not gate the first 30 minutes behind paperwork, but we respect that you might want it on file.

Do you offer onboarding support after the contract is signed?+

Always. Every customer gets a named onboarding engineer, a written rollout plan, and weekly checkpoints until the first batch of passports is live. There is no support tier that excludes a human.

How do I responsibly disclose a security issue?+

Email security@dppautomate.com with a description and reproduction steps — PGP key available on request. We acknowledge within one business day and disclose a fix timeline within five. We do not litigate good-faith research.
